Job Responsibilities:
- Determine and identify new business opportunities by analyzing business needs in existing and new markets
- Preparation of business development plan, define and follow up which in line with the sales targets and objectives
- Key account management for strategic clients as assigned by supervisor.
- Tender preparation negotiation and follow up
- To manage, coordinate and conduct the sales activities to achieve sales target and profitability target for the Company
- Increase the Company’s involvement with existing clients and to increase the Company’s client networks-customer concentricity and focus
- Handling of client and commercial issues, i.e. enquiries, terms and condition, payment schedules, complaints
- Identify and manage calculated risk in each sales opportunity
- Prepare presentation and delivery pitches to potential client
- Build and strengthen good relationships with clients, prospects, and associations.
- Coordination of regional / global contracts.
- Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy or planning.
- Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales teams in identifying the contacts and leads when required.
- Weekly reporting on sales activities.
- Update visual presentation materials.
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to grow the pool of partners to aid in expanding the range of services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, or petrochemical is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with market research, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to develop long-term strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Ability to network and forge strong relationships within the industry.
