Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Sales Account Executive to be a part of our exciting journey. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in both client-facing and back-end sales operations, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service from the first interaction onwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and take the lead on qualifying sales calls, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve.
  • Develop a sustainable client pipeline.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Handle the full spectrum of sales operations, from initial outreach and building briefs to finalizing contracts.
  • Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools such as Hubspot to document interactions, progress, and status of potential deals.
  • Regularly gather and provide feedback from the market and clients to guide service enhancements, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Recognize and act upon opportunities to offer additional services to our existing client base, driving increased revenue from established accounts.
  • Work in close alignment with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from beginning to end.
  • Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and services, ensuring deals are closed in a manner beneficial to both the client and GourmetPro.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly, always striving for a positive outcome and maintaining the integrity of the GourmetPro brand.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, market research agency, or recruitment agency. Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be given preference.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and other sales technology tools
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to hold conversations, present our relevant services, and address concerns.
  • Solid background in sales admin and invoicing.
  • A demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and transparency are highly valued.
