Responsibilities
- Process, sort and distribute incoming mails internally in a timely manner
- Weigh and frank outgoing mail according to the correct postage
- Time/date stamp all incoming mail.
- Process and manage mail rerouting and its related services for Client’s offsite offices and other locations (if any).
- Record registered mail, local and overseas courier service
- Responsible for arranging courier services (Local and overseas)
- Verify and process invoices for AP to arrange payment
- Processing of incoming mails which includes scanning/digitization from hardcopy to softcopy format e.g. PDF format (as and when needed)
- Assist in photocopying and scanning of materials when necessary
- Ensure copy paper supplies, markers and dusters is replenished for each meeting room and put up requisition when stock is running low
- Assist to support in-house and external events (as and when needed)
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required.
- Min “N” Level with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles;
- Experience in an mailroom experience advantageous.
- Good inter-personal skills and customer service;
- Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
