Sales Support, Investor Relations - Private Equity Firm

We are partnering a Private Equity firm that specialises in social and impact investing in recruiting for their Investor Relations team. This hire will play a vital role in managing investor relationships, supporting fundraising efforts and ensuring seamless communication between the fund and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will support the Head of Investor Relations in client engagement and fund raising activities. This multi-faceted role involves collating information, conducting fund analysis, preparing fund performance reports, creating marketing materials and investor presentations. Essential tasks include maintaining the LP database, facilitating due diligence processes and supporting stakeholder communications. This position requires cross-departmental collaboration to gather data, manage quarterly reporting, producing investment reports and contributing to client engagement activities which support fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is degree-qualified with 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in financial services, preferably in investment management. You should possess strong analytical skills, financial literacy, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This role requires attention to detail and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience engaging institutional clients and investors presents a strong advantage. Knowledge of private markets, financial markets, impact investing and ESG principles is advantageous. To succeed in this position, you must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
