This role is for our client, a leading Asia-focused investment bank. This role will play an essential role in business development and client management, ensuring seamless coordination of investor outreach and fundraising efforts. This position is integral to maintaining smooth operations and facilitating the firm's origination initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support: Coordinate meetings using Outlook and CRM systems and Gather, analyze, and input prospective client data into the CRM platform.
  • Share Market Mapping materials with clients and investors globally.
  • Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and virtual conferences, handling travel logistics (flights, accommodations, venues).
  • Manage expenses and reimbursements related to meetings and events.
  • Manage schedules, confirm meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members and clients.
  • Verify and maintain accurate investor contact details.
  • Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Liaise with internal teams for operational requirements, including travel arrangements, logistics, and expense claims.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support team needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in sales support, administrative functions, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Candidates with mature experience, including re-entering the workforce, are encouraged to apply.
