You Will Be Involved In

  • Supporting and overseeing underlying portfolio companies on their operations, financial performance and etc.
  • Prepare/ oversee the financial operations of the funds, such as fund accounting, fund valuation and fund reporting.
  • Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and other service providers.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to investors.
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to contribute to company's growth.
  • Conduct research on market trends to support investment decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CA/ ACCA/ CPA qualified
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit/ Financial due diligence/ Transaction Advisory team. Experienced in Private Equity Fund Administration/ Accounting will be advantageous.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong in financial reporting and accounting standards.
