Responsibilities:

  • Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team
  • (Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing)
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
  • Provide excellent support and customer-service
  • Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
  • Support lead manager by ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders.
  • Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or related field
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working/administrative experience in relevant field
  • Exposure to computer hardware/software/maintenance contract
  • Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
  • Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, and maintaining good rapport with our IT Business Partners
