Job Description

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in the management of the operations and administrative functions of a contact centre and a clinical department to deliver a shared goal and overall strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

You will oversee daily operations and ensure seamless workflow in an operational department and assist in the development and implementation of Clinical services and programmes, whilst ensuring compliance to the standards of operations. Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports are essential work areas. You will also be involved in conducting periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement. You will also be required to track and analyze various KPIs and report regular results to various stakeholders.

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • A good degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Studies/ Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration/ Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
