As the Event and Sustenance Executive/Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, as well as managing food and beverage services. Your role combines event management and hospitality expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
1. Plan and coordinate events (conferences, meetings)
2. Manage event logistics (venue, catering)
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
4. Develop event budgets and timelines
5. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Sustenance/Food and Beverage Management
1. Plan and coordinate menus for events
2. Manage food preparation and presentation
3. Oversee food safety and sanitation
4. Supervise food service staff
5. Manage inventory and procurement of food and supplies
Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma or related studies with 2 to 3 years relevant event planning and management experiences as well as food & beverage management expertise.
- Professional certification in event management is a plus
- Be a self-driven and motivated individual and a collaborative team member
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and strong organisational skills
- Budgeting and cost control experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
