We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, handle inquiries and issues efficiently, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

Assist in handling of general customer's enquiries and feedback, as well as Facebook enquiries.
Monthly submission and presentation of monthly customer service / loss prevention report.
Assist in rubbing of customer service committee.
Support company events, closed door events, event sales and any other events related matters.
Perform any other reasonable duties deemed reasonable by supervisor.



Requirements:

Min GCE O level.
Preferably with 2 - 3 years of customer service experience.
Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills.
Possess good written communications skill.
Proficient in all MS office applications.
Applicant with knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is advantage.
