The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a German-Swiss MNC Equipment Manufacturer, and we are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive (Aerospace, MRO) to join their business! Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, with experienced in MRO Environment to handle the whole purchase to payment process.
- Permanent, Full-time opportunity
- Location: West region, near Clementi
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: up to $5,000 basic + AWS + VB
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess supplier performance, support audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor overall supply chain performance (quality, cost, delivery) and optimize costs while ensuring supply continuity.
- Make or Buy Decisions: Drive the decision-making process for sourcing options; assist in developing and approving specifications for bids.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers, particularly strategic and bottleneck suppliers, including performance and claims.
- Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations regarding contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Capability and Sourcing Needs: Identify and evaluate future sourcing needs, focusing on vendor sourcing and supplier development aligned with company strategy.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all supply chain and procurement activities adhere to company policies, processes, and governance.
- Purchase-to-Payment Process: Establish and lead a robust purchase-to-payment process, ensuring compliance.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor spending against budgets, assess market conditions and merchandise costs, and provide regular or ad-hoc reports.
- Min Diploma Holder.
- At least 3 years of experience as purchaser or similar position in an Aerospace MRO environment.
- Good negotiation, analysis and decision making skills.
