Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full sets of accounts, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, general ledger, and other ad-hoc responsibilities.

Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Oversee and maintain financial ledgers.

Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices and receipts.

Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding payments.

Record and monitor petty cash reimbursements.

Track cash flow and monitor account aging.

Manage bank deposits and reconciliations.

Post journal entries and finalize accounts.

Prepare monthly financial reports as needed.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders on accounting matters.

Provide necessary returns and schedules for tax and statutory reporting.

Handle project costing, cash flow forecasting, banking of collections, and special financial projects.

Process and prepare payroll, pay slips, and staff claims.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification in Accounting or relevant.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB.

- Min 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

- Strong communication, writing and co-ordination skills.

- Meticulous and organized.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
