Adjunct Administrative Executive (1-Year Contract)

What The Role Is

As an Adjunct Administrative Executive in school, you will provide support to the school administration team to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the school.

What You Will Be Working On

You will be involved in various aspects of school administration and operations, mainly in finance and procurement and personnel matters. You will also assist in the reviewing of processes for efficient and effective running of the General Office.

What We Are Looking For

• Able to commit for a period of one year
• A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
• Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience in finance, procurement and/or customer service
  
  
  

Please note that shortlisted applicants will be placed on a central register for hiring schools’ consideration till 17 Jan 2025. During this period, schools may approach these applicants for an interview. If selected, their applications will be put through further processing for hiring. Applicants who are not contacted by schools by 17 Jan 2025 may deem their applications as unsuccessful. Those who are interviewed will also be notified of the outcome of their applications accordingly.

In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window. In the event where we receive a high number of applications, applicants will receive an update on their status within 5 weeks of the close of the window.

As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE. You will be provided with instructions regarding the medical examination.
