1 "Customer Service
• Provide basic Customer Service
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and assist them with their questions
• Serve customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner"
2 "General Store Operations
• Follow the labour schedule as planned,Perform specific tasks by the Store Manager
• Operate shift within company guidelines to achieve accountability of sales and profit
• Ensure proper sales and accounting for money and orders during shift properly, ring all sales"

• Share the responsibilities for controlling the inventory and cash variance on the shift"
4 "Merchandising
• Keep chiller, store shelves and display fully stocked and front faced at all time

• Adhere to all food service procedures as directed by Store Manager"
5 "Maintenance
• Maintain a superior store image by performing housekeeping tasks
• Perform equipment temperature check regularly and perform equipment cleaning at least once per shift
6 "Work Standards
• Meet company’s attendance standards
• Notify Store Manager in advance of absence
• Report to work on time
• Exhibit cooperative work behaviour
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance
• Prolong standing
• Frequent handling of heavy objects "
• Able to commit to 6 days a week including weekends & Public Holidays.
• Comfortable to work rotating shifts as rostered by the Store Manager.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a great team player.
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to carry/ lift heavy goods.
• Possess a can-do attitude and willness to learn.
• Candidates without relevant retail experience are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
