Reporting to the Head of Talent Management and Development, you will be responsible for the ideation, refinement and implementation of key progressive talent management frameworks. You will develop and implement critical Leadership & Functional Competency frameworks, enhance talent pipeline programs according to business needs, as well as manage the assessment and development programs for high potentials.

As a key member of the talent management team, you have the autonomy to propose enhancements to the tools and processes used to support talent review initiatives (i.e. identification of high potential talents, critical positions, talent development and succession planning strategies, etc.). This includes management of post-talent review processes, such as the analysis and synthesis of talent data into meaning outcomes, so as to enhance data-driven talent decision making.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Management.
  • Familiarity with talent assessment and development tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
