About the Opportunity
This role will support the Clinic Operations of Alliance Medical Group; specifically in the administration areas of clinic and mobile medical operations.
Responsible for the day-to-day Administrative support for the clinics, including claims administration and submission for different corporate programmes, coordination between clinics and finance team on Accounting matters, supporting mobile health teams onsite and clinics on patient management related tasks.
What You'll be Doing
Coordinate and submission of claims for different corporate programmes.
Manage between clinics and finance team to rectify accounting related matters.
Provide onsite clinic assistant support at the clinics and corporate clients’ sites as and when as assigned to support the medical operations.
Duties include patient registration, basic diagnostic tests//measurement of patient’s biometrics, updating of clinic management system, drug dispensary, record keeping, etc.
Support testing and set-up of Clinic Management System.
Any administrative tasks as assigned.
What We Are Looking for
Minimum 1 year of relevant Clinic Assistant experience.
Knowledge of clinic operations, process, medical terminology or medical claims management experience is an advantage.
Record-keeping abilities.
Ability to travel and support Clinics that require manpower support
Good interpersonal skills to assist and reassure patients.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
