Job Description
- Assist in financial reporting in line with organizational accounting policies, procedures, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Prepare monthly journals and management accounts, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
- Document treasury transactions, such as loan drawdowns and covenant monitoring.
- Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data integrity for financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, including group submissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on operational matters, including tax, treasury, and operations.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Assist in annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Drive process improvements and automation in accounting and reporting.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Hold a relevant degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ CA
- Initial years from a Big four and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in GL/Accounting
- Experience in Shared Services or COE will be beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana or other similar ERP systems
