Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audits and inspections to ensure compliance to local regulations and global Maersk standards across all sites.
  • Support Safety and Resilience leadership in implementation and promote HSE management system and processes to operations.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and evaluation to ensure meeting operational legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify HSE training needs and conduct HSE trainings.
  • Perform accident / incident management and investigation – learning, corrective/preventive action to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive vendor management programs on transportation safety - Ensure vendors comply with Maersk and local requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external HSE programs or projects as assigned.

We are looking for

  • Tertiary qualified in relevant fields – Health, Safety & Environment, etc.
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Storage & Transportation
  • Registered as a Workplace safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and knowledge of Security Standards (C-TPAT & TAPA) will be an advantage
  • Experience in conducting both internal and external audits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possession of own transportation would be advantageous
