To generate new business opportunities, boost sales, and drive revenue growth within the security services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Security Services industry and current market trends.
  • Identify key areas of Security’s business that should be highlighted in sales pitches, emphasizing differentiators.
  • Research and track key competitors, gathering intelligence on their offerings and services.
  • Develop targeted client lists to drive revenue and secure sales opportunities.
  • Review client documentation, including scopes of work and tender documents, and provide feedback to management.
  • Ensure all necessary information is gathered for accurate pricing and seek relevant approvals before submitting quotes or bids.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to management, including monthly sales forecasts for the Business Units, adhering to required notice periods.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline significantly exceeding revenue targets.
  • Meet or surpass aggressive sales targets.
  • Proactively engage new clients by identifying key decision-makers and arranging meetings to present services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Research and explore new and existing market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, serving as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Oversee contract negotiations between the client, Legal, and Commercial teams, providing input to support internal decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
