ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Manager is expected to develop, implement sales strategy and lead the SEA sales team to achieve growth targets. You will manage the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies/practices to facilitate market penetration of products.

SCOPE:

  • Defines Go-To-Market strategy with consideration to a mix of direct sales, channel management and key account management strategy.
  • Develop and lead the sales team in developing the best in class selling strategies.
  • Works cross functionally with global teams such as product; marketing; customer care; pricing; global account and operations to achieve goals.
  • Establishes consistent with the team and rep agencies to ensure accuracy
  • in sales forecast and business review cadence predictability of business results.
  • Regular updates and forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives to management team.
  • Understands the pulse of the competitive landscape, customer needs and provide input to develop new products and market.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:

  • Education Degree in Engineering or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Automation industry will be a plus.
  • Ideally knows how to work with distributors, system integrators, end-users/OEM.
  • Key Skills: Channel Management; Account Management; Sales; Problem-solving; Customer-centric; CRM (Salesforce)
