Job Scope
Sale Support:
Assist in general inquiries and motivate for sales closing or site assessment
Able to handle communication and issues with multiple clients
After-sales service and project reminder
Able to generate and follow up on sales leads
Coordinate between sales to executive to closing to due payment collection
Provide transportation for appointments and meetings if needed (+point)
Admin support:
Creating quotations, invoices, and payment and forwarding
Ensure accurate data input for proceedings
Manage sales schedule
Provide weekly/monthly reports
Perform market research and monitoring of competitors product and pricing
Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams
Requirements:
Customer service experience (or) Renovation experience
Sales Background (or) Project coordinator in SG
Proficient in English written and spoken
5 work day (Sunday and 1 weekday off)
Valid Driver's license in SG (+ point)
Have 4 or more tick on requirement?
