Company bus provided, pick-up @ CCK or BOON LAY
-Min. O level, Nitec in ITE
-Required skills: MS office
-Some relevant experience as a Admin/ Customer Service Coordinator
-Ability to work independently in fast pace environment
-strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
Duties:
-issue work order to external and internal contractors
-verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
- Correspondence email and follow up and orders processing for monthly stock take, LCL, FCL and monthly palletising shipments.
- Admin duties; filing, data-entry etc.
