Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager to drive global revenue insights for Audio and New Category globally, as well as Revenue Performance for EMEA region. This is a matrix role which will have global oversight of Audio and New Category performance, as well as regional depth of P&L optimisation.

This role will be critical in shaping our global Revenue growth strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and translating data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels. You will work cross-functionally across Regions, the Audio Business Unit, New Category Business Unit and with stakeholders in the business to ensure that Revenue goals are met and shaped with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Key Skills and Experience

  • Business Unit Management – Audio and New Category
  • Lead revenue performance management for Dyson’s Audio Business Unit and New Category Business Unit, ensuring alignment with global BU objectives.
  • Have oversight, input and analyse product lifecycle in market from a commercial perspective, including global product launch management and evaluation, portfolio range alignment, channel selection and expansions, and optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to develop, govern and evaluate tailored category plans for markets.
  • Global Revenue Performance and Optimisation
  • Analyse and interpret Regional and Global revenue trends and market data to provide actionable insights to the business.
  • Partner with Region and global Finance teams to build comprehensive weekly / monthly revenue narratives that guide global and regional business reviews and decisions.
  • Lead competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Review and analyse Regional Cost of Acquisition strategies and activation
  • Partner with Regions to align marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue goals.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise presentations for key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Cross-Functional Management
  • Collaborate with Global Analytics and Data teams to continuously refine data inputs and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing team to input into marketing asset creation process to ensure efficiency in costs and speed-to-market
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on global revenue performance within the Audio business, and New Category
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably within a global or regional remit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and ability to review Cost of Acquisition strategies and activation
  • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • Ability to story tell with clear narratives with proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of the Audio or Personal / Health Care industry and its commercial landscape.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful market strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships.
  • MBA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in global roles, particularly in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience with Dyson products, categories or similar premium, high-tech consumer goods.
