Job Description

  • Position Title: Logistics Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule daily collection and delivery tasks.
  • Address and resolve daily issues related to collection and delivery.
  • Calculate and tabulate trip allowances for staff.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Perform cross-training among team members to ensure versatile capabilities.
  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance of all vehicles to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Manage and submit registrations for Safety Induction Courses and other relevant training.
  • Monitor and improve team performance and discipline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors during their absence.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc emergency responses as needed.
  • Prepare incident reports and lead investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive plans.
  • Adhere to and assist in the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
  • Comply with all company policies and safety rules.

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license.
