The Plattering Co is known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. We are looking for an energetic and positive team-player to join our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Proficient in managing social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Plan and manage content calendars. Ensure consistent posting by scheduling content in advance.
  • Curate engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that aligns with the brand’s voice, objectives, and campaigns, while coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
  • Understanding of social media best practices, monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics across all social media platforms.
  • Responding to comments, direct messages promptly and fostering engagement across all platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Regularly analyze competitor social media activity to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.

2. Website & Email Marketing Support

  • Assist in updating website banners, product images and latest promotions, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule eDM according to the campaign timeline.
  • Draft subject lines, content variations, and CTAs for eDM blasts.

3. Other Marketing Activities Support

  • Provide on-site photography and videography support when required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. A Diploma in a related field with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media analytic tools, such as Meta Business Suit, FB Ad Manager and Titok Business Suit.
  • Strong communication and copy writing skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Weebly, and Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing, creative, and sales teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
