EP-TEC Solutions is a regional organization with offices in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. We are a specialized solutions provider for teaching and learning in the K-12 market, providing curriculum development and training, as well as productivity technologies for enterprises, educational institutions, contact centers, and even government departments and bodies.
The candidate will be required to
- Managing sales order process
- Plan daily logistic team route/assignment based on project timeline and requirement.
- Prepare documentation for logistic team, filing and update system upon receiving signed DO.
- Maintain parts and components replacement
- Accurate records on inventory, stock movement and Turnover
- Prepare, generate and file inventory reports; review inventory reports bi-weekly/monthly for HOD to ensure stock level.
- Optimize and maintain minimum stock level, include spare parts
Job Requirement
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Business Administration, logistics or relevant field of studies.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook ) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
