General Admin Duties:

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
  • Handling day-to-day transactions and client queries on billing and/or accounts.
  • Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction to build a good rapport with clients.
  • Receiving faxes/mail and arranging for courier services; filing and purchasing of office supplies.
  • To ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the studio.
  • Register new clients and update the database.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and instructor, with regard to tracking and scheduling of appointments.

Sales:

  • Ensure that the retail area is well stocked and the display is neat and tidy.
  • Receive stock and/or deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Assist in selling and promoting our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and critical thinking skills to respond effectively to different needs.
  • Time management and ability to multitask.
  • An interest in fitness, particularly Pilates is a bonus.
  • Must be able to commit to at least 10 hours a week and able to work weekends.
