Job Description

Card Acquiring Product Manager is responsible for the development, management and growth of card acquiring products and services. This role involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to identify market needs, develop strategic product plans, and deliver innovative card acquiring solutions that meet customer demands and enhance the overall payment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for card acquiring products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, technology, and compliance, to develop and implement new products and features.
  • Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of card acquiring products and services.
  • Experience working with card schemes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional payment experiences.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
