- Supervise the daily recruitment operation for hiring of corporate staff
- Manage recruitment process for assigned Colleges/Schools/Department/ Research Institute/ Department
- Ensure smooth process on contract management
- Identify areas for improvements for recruitment process efficiency
- Responsible for data accuracy by team members, which includes new hire entries, one-time payment, assigning costing allocations etc.
- Oversee the processing of confirmation or extension of probation for corporate staff within the University
- Strive to meet SLA established for the team, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met (within resource constraints)
- Work with HR Lead (Research and Management & Support) to contribute ideas and feedback in streamlining HR processes on areas of process improvements and standardisation
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline ie. Human Resources
- Preferably minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an HR environment with supervisory skills
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour laws of Singapore
- Comfortable to handle/review high volume of transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge with Workday is advantageous
