HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR support, partnering with business leaders to address workforce needs, manage talent, and drive employee engagement. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting new hires, fostering development programs, managing succession plans, and addressing employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with line managers to understand key business needs and project future skills demand.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize recruitment needs and support the effective assimilation of new hires into the organization.
  • Guide learning and development managers in creating programs to bridge skills gaps and develop new competencies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and manage high-potential talent and implement succession planning.
  • Advise on compensation strategies, particularly non-monetary benefits, in alignment with workforce needs.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing issues and supporting line managers through exit and retirement processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR consulting or as an HR Manager/HRBP, with a strong understanding of business processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a service excellence mindset, with a passion for addressing organizational and employee needs.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
