Our client is an international law firm with multiple regional offices. They are currently expanding in the region and looking for a Assistant Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Asia-Pacific legal market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.
  • Business Development Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the firm's overall objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals and pitch materials, ensuring they are tailored to meet client needs and highlight the firm's strengths.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 7 years of experience in Business Development in legal firm
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
  • Ability to meet tight deadline and supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Strong pitching skills
