Content Assistant Manager/Manager
Overview:
We are looking for a talented Content Assistant Manager/Manager (Education) to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating impactful and engaging content in collaboration with our research desk analysts. This role involves crafting technical, product-related materials, as well as developing educational and seminar presentation content to enhance client knowledge and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborative Content Creation:
- Work closely with research desk analysts to transform market insights and research data into engaging content for various audiences.
- Develop technical and product-focused materials, including articles, blogs, whitepapers, and detailed guides, to educate and inform clients.
2. Educational Content Development:
- Draft and design educational content for client seminars, webinars, and workshops on financial concepts, market trends, and strategies.
- Create learning materials such as presentations, infographics, and tutorials to simplify complex topics for diverse client segments.
3. Product and Trading Content:
- Write detailed product descriptions, related content, and user guides for services and tools.
- Develop FAQs and other support content to help clients effectively use the platforms and products.
4. Content Strategy and Planning:
- Design and execute a content strategy that supports client education, engagement, and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to ensure timely and relevant content creation.
5. Editing and Quality Assurance:
- Proofread, edit, and maintain high-quality standards for all content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product teams, marketing teams, and analysts to align content with business goals and client needs.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to produce visually engaging and user-friendly content.
7. SEO and Performance Tracking:
- Optimize content for search engines to improve reach and discoverability.
- Monitor content performance metrics and refine strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
8. Seminar and Presentation Support:
- Develop impactful presentation materials for client-facing seminars and internal educational initiatives.
- Work with analysts and experts to ensure data and insights are presented in a clear and engaging format.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Finance/Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets or products.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
- Proficiency in creating presentation materials and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience working with research teams or analysts is a strong advantage.
