Create a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable experience employees and their guest
Boost experience at the workplace by carrying out tasks assigned by the Community Manager such as the ‘Welcome’ process, messaging newly joined members, searching for service issues and dealing with critical issues.
Develop community events calendar for the year and coordinate to meet optimal level of success.
Create “WOW” moments by throwing in surprise events to lift spirt and mood at the workplace
Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences.
Manage end-to-end communications & process throughout request / feedback from the team
Talking with other Community Coordinators to confer on issues, share good practice, and seek advice or knowledge about specific members.
Adhoc responsibilities assigned by Workplace Manager.
Customer Services
Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, our client and their guest.
Creating a welcoming environment for employees internal & external customers by providing authentic, caring and timely service.
Community Projects
Understanding Community Behaviour and Analysis at the workplace
Ideas & Knowledge Base Management
Blogging and Content which includes newsletters, Guerrilla marketing, new ways of communication (internal and community)

Curate a welcoming and collaborative community environment that supports an inclusive culture for our employees.
Build relationships with our employee community and proactively gather information, so the Workplace Team can anticipate their needs before they arise and deliver outstanding customer service.
Own how we approach workplace communications and the channels used to share local information, building updates and upcoming events with our employee community.
Support and guide our employee community on how to use our amenities to help them maximise their productivity in the workplace.
Lead the planning and execution of community events to promote employee networking, wellness and our mission.
Evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact, to ensure they remain relevant and continue to deliver value to our employee community.
Experience
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great organization, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to think ‘big picture’.
Diploma from an accredited institute
Task Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of verbal and written English
Experience with supporting change management initiatives.
Personal Skills
Demonstrable experience in an operations focused role, ideally in workplace.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Capable of leading, coaching and being a great role model to a team
Good Grooming throughout the day to ensure professionalism
