Job Scope:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring courteous communication.
Process a high volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated timeline, including verifying and correcting part number errors on orders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve issues related to customer orders, including coordinating lead time adjustments with suppliers.
Manage claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, or pricing errors efficiently.
Promote the use of the e-commerce platform to encourage customers to place orders online.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established service standards.
