Payroll Assistant(Central Area/5 days workweek)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees twice a month, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, working closely with the HR department and relevant stakeholders
Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports, such as IRAS tax filings
Submit government childcare / maternity / paternity leave and other government claims
Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIQ for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Fresh Diploma/Degree holders will be considered
Confident in handling numbers
Able to meet tight timeline
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
