Role: Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers in handling Private Banking clients by managing administrative tasks and client service needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Monitor client accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in providing financial advice and product recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain and update client records, including contact details and account information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like Product, Operations, and Compliance to support client needs.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • CACS and CMFAS certification is preferred.
