Role: Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support Relationship Managers in handling Private Banking clients by managing administrative tasks and client service needs.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Monitor client accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in providing financial advice and product recommendations to clients.
- Maintain and update client records, including contact details and account information.
- Coordinate with internal teams like Product, Operations, and Compliance to support client needs.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- CACS and CMFAS certification is preferred.
