How You Will Make a Difference

  • Collaborate with Development Operations and Cross-functional teams to execute a comprehensive allocation approach that considers vendor capacity, performance, duty optimization, materials availability, risk mitigation, and vendor capabilities.
  • Support the global allocation leadership team to establish a 3-year allocation plan and to execute pre-season and in-season allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Planning team to streamline forecasting processes and ensure capacity alignment and efficient resource utilization.
  • Partner with Global Materials Supply and Costing teams to improve synergy between fabric/trims and garment sourcing.
  • Support other strategic initiatives such as vendor-led programs, and speed-to-market solutions, etc.
  • Drive fact-based decision making by presenting data findings effectively, using storytelling and visualization techniques to articulate complex information in a clear and impactful way.

Skills for Success

Professional experience: 5 years in supply chain, strategic analytics related fields.

Educational requirements: Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Effective communication skills, with experience influencing global stakeholders and capable of delivering compelling presentations and facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies.
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Query) to inform and communicate sourcing decisions.
  • An effective team player, fostering collaborative and high-performing working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for driving positive change and encouraging curiosity across teams.
  • Knowledge of apparel development processes and experience in managing diverse product portfolios is a plus.
