Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of Margaret Drive Outlet.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Maintain update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Develop optimum operational plans for outlet.
• Utilizes and plan roster effectively while ensuring high quality of service.
• Train staff and maintain good customer service provided to customers.
• Maintain Standard Operations and Procedures, including administration, food safety and hygiene practices.
• Handle and oversee staff performance, monthly sales reports and supplier invoices.
• Preferably possesses similar managerial experience in Café, Bar, Bistro casual environment
• Experience in managing budgets, stocks and cost control
• Leadership quality to motivating staff relations and good customer service skill.
• Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support business development activities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
