Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced EHS Supervisor to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The EHS Supervisor is responsible to ensure a high level of safety, health and environmental standard being upheld on site, supporting Lendlease’s vision of operating incident and injury-free vision.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure strict compliance with ISO 45001/OSHAS 18001, Workplace Safety and Health Act, ISO 14001 and Lendlease environmental, health and safety policies on the project
Assist the EHS team during all internal audits as required by the regulations and Lendlease protocols
Undertake standing safety supervision and inspections.
Undertake environment, health and safety duties as directed by the EHS Manager or Operations Manager consistent with the requirements of the LL EHS MS, the Lendlease EHS Global Minimum Requirements (GMR) and related codes and standards.
Support the EHS Manager in driving EHS performance by identifying trends, statistics and compliance issues and assisting the EHS Manager and Operations Manager in identifying and implementing initiatives designed to drive performance and improve EHS management outcomes.
Monitor corrective actions implemented as a result of incidents, non-conformities or other deficiencies to ensure the effectiveness of such actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain and implement an annual audit schedule and assist with the coordination of any external audits across designated projects or related workplaces.
Support and promote relevant aspects of business unit sustainability objectives and targets and the collation of data related to the objectives and targets.
Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications or certification in construction or related discipline. Registered Site safety supervisor certification is a must to have. Ability to communicate with internal and stakeholders is essential. Committed to working at night when is required. Experience is steel structure work with 3 – 5 years of experience will be an added advantage.
