Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
Salary Package: Basic salary $2,500 - $2,800 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle invoicing, delivery orders, proforma invoices, packing lists, and related documents.
Enter job-related information into the system.
Coordinate daily with planners and customers for schedules and shipments, including logistics and courier arrangements.
Update customer forecasts and generate reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
