Job Description:
- MOM work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- FWMI & WICA Renewal
- Prepare Employment Contract
- Course registration, renewal and arrangement
- Dormitory matter (check in/out)
- Maintain employee records
- Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
- Planning of company annual event
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
- General admin duties, eg. handling email, phone call and incoming mail.
Requirements:
- Min. “O” Level
- Min. 2 years’ experience
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Independent worker
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
