Job Description:

  • Help schedule shipments and make sure all paperwork is done correctly.
  • Keep records up to date, including inventory and delivery information.
  • Prepare delivery orders and answering basic questions.
  • Visit the warehouse to check and manage stock when needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Help create and maintain operational reports and documents.
  • Ensure all paperwork follows company rules and regulations.
  • Take part and assist in projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently to liaise for shipment matters.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
