Operations Executive
Specific Job Role/ Scope:
Post Sales Order Fulfillment (DGR)
Customers Engagement
DG enquiries from Internal/ External stakeholders
Engagement with DG Vendors & Transport
Engagement with Carriers/ Terminal for DG Acceptance/ Rejection
Responsibilities and Duties :
Performing E-CR role - such as collection arrangement, flight booking, EVI creation, permit declaration, troubleshooting of issues, create and submit RFQ to account holder
Performing E-Ops role - such as execution of airfreight documents and sending pre-alerts, ensure compliance with airline/ terminal/ customer/OA / Destination customs
Customers engagement through BDs
DG enquiries from internal/ external stakeholders
Engagement with DG vendors & transport
Engagement with carriers/ terminal for DG cargo acceptance/ rejection
Identifying carriers DG regulation
Airline rates through pricing team
Monitoring DG acceptance
Administrative functions for LSP DG recovery invoice (SOA)
Execute export shipments (consol/ direct)
Scan pre-alert to oversea agent/ AWB to direct shipper
Handle night phone enquires if necessary
Follow up with email correspondence from internal/ external stakeholders
Compliance with shipment requirements
Additional Tasks Assigned (if any) :
Sharing of shipment discrepancies with suggestion/ improvement
Perform STM trucking functions
Perform weekends/ PHs when required
Job Requirements:
At 2-3 working experience in Air
Expert in handling DG shipment
