Award winning, retail face of a highly successful and well-known top 10 Global Brand is looking for a Retail Manager to join its ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire our Changi Airport teams to ensure a smooth operation, provide an excellent customer experience, and further enhance the brand.
Job Tasks
Review and analyse daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and inventory levels to recommend and implement action plan to drive sales
Meet all store performance metrics
Execute on sales strategies and plans sucessfully
Proactively input on store strategy
Handle manpower and operational planning for the productive management of the store including disciplinary, ad-hoc and annual performance reviews
Efficiently allocate and use resources
Protect, Build and enhance the brand
Provide holistic feedback to Management Team on important customer buying and market trends
Participate/conduct various work group meetings / activities across the company
Key Abilities
Able to communicate effectively
Able to provide an exceptional level of customer experience
Able to build good relationships will all key stakeholders
Effective at upward management
Minimum 2 years retail management experience, including experience in people leadership, coaching, and developing people
