
Head of Partners Distributors Markets (General Manager)

This leadership role will oversee the strategic development and operational management of the franchise operations in some of the most diverse markets in Asia.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring alignment with the overall corporate objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including franchise partners, regional teams, and executive leadership, to develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to the unique needs of each market.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for franchise markets in Asia
- Oversee the financial performance of franchise operations, including budgeting and forecasting
- Drive sales and profitability through effective business plans and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
- Analyse market conditions and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business goals
Key requirements
- Min. 15 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, including 5+ years in a senior management role
- Proven track record in managing franchise operations and driving growth in the Asia markets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels
