Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch/Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first approach.
Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions.
Maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard.
Requirements: -
Minimum GCE O-Level & above
2 to 3 years of retail working experience
Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products
