Job Description
- Plan and execute programme outreach deployments as operations planner and ambassador which include:
- Work with internal stakeholders on the event analysis;
- Support event research, approval process (enrolment, training, collaterals) and data management;
- Work with external stakeholders on event program, space and logistics
- Promote and assist residents to enrol into the various programme;
- Be the trainer and briefer of programme contents to internal and external stakeholders and residents
- Implement projects to uplift and train the Active Aging Centre (AAC) service providers to help unserved seniors in the following areas:
- Active Aging
- Buddying and Befriending
- Care & Support
- Social Connector
- Community Screening
- Network Building
- Data Operations
- Volunteer Management
- Evaluate AAC Service Provider’s (SP) ability to deliver the services and provide guidance on the areas that requires improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experiences, preferably in community/ social care sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills
- Highly motivated, independent and a good team player
