Job Overview: As the Administrator of our Enrichment Centre, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your leadership and administrative skills will support our dedicated educators and enrich the experience of the children we serve. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including scheduling, enrolments, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Team Coordination: Support and collaborate with educators and staff to ensure high-quality programming and a cohesive team culture.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and fostering strong relationships with our community.
- Administrative Duties: Manage records, budgets, supplies, and other administrative tasks that keep our centre running smoothly.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the ongoing development of our programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in administration, preferably within an educational or child-centric environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Passion: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Education: Certification in administration, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages spoken: We constantly communicate with parents from Singapore and foreign countries like China and would require someone who is able to speak both English and Mandarin.
