The Job

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Subscriber Growth Manager for Warner Bros. Discovery, APAC; specific focus towards new launch markets, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and technology. He/she should be highly skilled and results-driven Subscriber Growth Manager joining a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full funnel marketing, digital marketing, data analysis, and performance optimization across various channels. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing media strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and overall business growth.


This role is part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and relentlessly challenging the status quo. This is a small lean team, and as such candidate will need to be able to have good cross-functional collaboration and get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output.

The Daily

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage full funnel marketing campaigns, i.e. awareness and performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels including offline, online media e.g. search (Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), affiliate marketing, CTV, display, and programmatic advertising.

  • Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance campaign performance and improve ROI.

  • Monitor trends, customer behaviour, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure optimal spend efficiency across full funnel initiatives (i.e. offline and online marketing channels).

  • Prepare reports on budget spend, ROI, and campaign performance for senior leadership.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work closely with brand, content, product and creative services teams to create targeted campaigns and ensure seamless execution.

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader company objectives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Provide regular performance reports with a focus on key metrics such as subscriber acquisition cost (SAC), lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.

  • Provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on performance analysis.

Technology & Tools Utilization:

  • Leverage marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and other first party proprietary software to optimize campaign results.

  • Stay current on new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing strategy.

The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, performance marketing, digital marketing, with proven success in managing paid campaigns (having regional APAC experience is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic and other digital platforms’ ad manager tools; with familiarity on digital planning and implementation

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.

  • Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must

  • Comfortable with fast-paced and demanding environments, possessing high level of intellectual curiosity, and strong judgment in the face of ambiguity
