Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful delivery of educational programs, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for both students and parents.

The Center Manager/Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the center by fostering a love for technology and innovation in young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
  • Manage the center's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and conducive for all activities.
  • Responsible for recruiting new students and managing the renewal process for current students.
  • Manage class schedules, student enrollment, and track attendance.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring excellent communication regarding program updates, student progress, and center activities.
  • Address parent concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Staff Leadership and Development:

  • Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, offer professional development opportunities, and address any performance issues.

Marketing and Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and raise awareness of the center’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, online content, and social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in technology, education, or management fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an educational or enrichment setting. Experience in robotics, programming, or STEM-related fields is highly preferred.
  • Candidates without relevant experience but with a Master's degree in a related field can be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for STEM education and working with children.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
